Abhineet Taneja

We are located right in the middle of the APMC Yard area, specifically at Sector 9 on 5th Main and 3rd Cross. If you’ve ever been to the yard, you know it’s a place that stays busy from very early in the morning. My name is Abhineet Taneja, and this is where I run my operations. It’s a dusty and loud environment sometimes because of all the trucks and loaders moving around, but that’s just the nature of being near the market. We deal with the practical side of things here, mostly handling goods and making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. There isn't any fancy furniture or air conditioning in the main workspace, just plenty of room for storage and moving stuff around. My team and I are usually dressed in work clothes because we’re often out there checking on things ourselves. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to record some numbers or check an order. It’s a very local way of doing business, based mostly on handshakes and long-term relationships with other traders in the yard. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and everyone around here knows us. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the day’s work gets finished before the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but it feels good to be part of the hustle and bustle here.
