A K Fire Engineering

We are based out of Sco 38 39, right between Sector 16 and Sector 17 A. At A K Fire Engineering, we deal with all the safety stuff that buildings need. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure pipes and alarms are where they should be. We’ve got a small crew that knows their way around a toolbox. The office is usually a bit messy because of the blueprints and equipment lying around. We spend a lot of time out at job sites rather than sitting behind a desk. It's important work because fire safety isn't something you want to mess up. We started small and just kept going as more buildings went up in the area. We aren't much for talking or fancy presentations. We just show up, do the installation or the check-up, and move to the next one. The traffic around the sectors can be a pain sometimes, but we manage to get everywhere eventually. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time. We've seen all sorts of old systems and new ones too. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a bit of a niche business but it keeps us busy enough. If you see our truck around, that's us. We don't have a big marketing department, just a phone that rings quite a bit during the day. We have some storage in the back for the heavy tools and spare parts. It’s a practical way to run things.
