Rayum Investment & Leasing Pvt Ltd

Our office is up on the second floor of SCO 16-17 in Sector 9, Chandigarh. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a decent view of the area. We share the space with a lot of files and some old office furniture that’s seen better days. We deal with investments and leasing, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or staring at spreadsheets. It’s quiet work for the most part, though sometimes the phones all start ringing at once and it gets a bit hectic. The sector is a nice place to work, even if parking can be a headache in the afternoons. We’ve been operating under the name Rayum for a while now. We aren't a huge firm, just a handful of people trying to keep the ledger straight. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, which is what keeps us going on those long Monday mornings. The carpet is a little worn in the spots where the chairs roll back and forth, but it’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just come in, handle the leasing agreements, look at the investment numbers, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s steady, honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
