You can find us at Sco 146 and 147 in Sector 34. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always someone walking past our windows. We deal with flight stuff mostly, which means our day is tied to whatever the airlines are doing. If there's a delay, we hear about it first. The office has plenty of space but it’s usually cluttered with papers and computer screens. We don't really do the big fancy corporate thing here. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks trying to figure out the best way to get someone from point A to point B. Sometimes it’s a simple ticket and other times it’s much more complicated. We spend a lot of time waiting on hold or refreshing screens. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do. The Sector 34 area is great for lunch breaks since there are so many food stalls nearby. We have been in these two SCO units for a while now. Most people know us by now, or they find us when they are walking through the market. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just come in, answer the emails, take the calls, and go home. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, and that keeps it interesting. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with everything. There is always a lot of chatter in the office while we work.
