You’ll find us at 355 in Sector 43. It’s a straightforward office for a straightforward business. We mostly deal with the local properties around this sector and the nearby areas. The day usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to be shown to clients later on. We don’t have a big staff, so we do most of the legwork ourselves. That means we’re often out visiting sites or checking on the condition of a flat. It’s better to see things in person so we can tell people the truth about what they’re looking at. The paperwork side of things is handled right here at the desk, though it can get a bit cluttered with all the documents. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. We just show the properties we have and let the people decide for themselves. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit and wait, and other times we can’t even find a minute to eat lunch. Sector 43 has grown quite a bit since we started, and keeping up with the changes is a full-time job. We know the streets and the local quirks. If you need to find a place or sell one, we’re just here doing the work like anyone else. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy and try to keep everything organized for the people who trust us with their property needs.
