Ramesh Malhotra

Ramesh Malhotra has been running things from here in Sector 16 for quite a while now. If you look for the Centre Point building, we are right on the first floor. It is part of Kothi No 632 on Recydency Road. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up. Most days, it is just us here handling the daily paperwork and taking calls. It gets pretty busy around noon, and the office usually smells like tea and old files. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late in the morning. We started small and just stayed in this same spot because everyone knows where we are. It is a simple setup. You can hear the traffic from Recydency Road all day long, but you get used to it after a week. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the dust comes in. There is no big philosophy behind what we do. We just come in, handle the tasks for the day, and go home. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That is just how life is here at the office.
