Rainbow Properties

It started out small here at 278 Sector 37. Rainbow Properties has been in Sec 37 C for a while now. Most days it’s just us dealing with the usual paperwork and meeting people who need a place or want to move on from one. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls. It's more of a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge about the blocks around here. People stop by when they’re walking their dogs or coming back from the market. We know which houses have the best sun and which ones have leaky pipes sometimes. It’s just how things are. We try to keep track of what's available without making it a big production. Sometimes the phone rings all day and sometimes it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New families move in and old ones move out to be closer to their grandkids. It is interesting work if you like talking to neighbors. We handle the documents and the keys and make sure the electricity gets sorted out for the new people. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the middle of Sector 37. It isn't hard to find. We usually have the door open if the weather is nice. Just a regular local spot trying to get the job done right without a lot of fuss or unnecessary talk.
