Rai Real Estates

We are over at SCO 219 in Sector 36. If you go to 5th Main and 11th Cross, you will find us on the first floor. It’s a standard SCO setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and some comfortable chairs for people to sit while we talk. The first floor is nice because we can see the street below without it being too loud. Rai Real Estates has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. We’ve seen the neighbors change and new shops open up nearby. We aren't a corporate chain. It’s just a local office where we handle property matters for people in the sector. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep for some, but it’s a good building overall. We keep a lot of our files in big metal cabinets and there’s always a calendar on the wall with notes scribbled all over it. We don't use much technology besides our phones and an old computer that takes its time to start up. People stop by because they saw our sign or heard about us from a friend. We don't do big presentations or show off. We just sit down, have some water, and talk about what's available. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and we prefer it that way. If the office is empty, we are probably just out getting some chai.
