If you find yourself near Mathikere Extension, you can find us on the second floor of Scf 19. It’s on the 2nd Cross in Mohali. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like the view of the street from up here. The office is usually filled with papers and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and seeing what buildings are coming up or going down. Real estate in this part of town keeps us busy enough. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a small group of us handling the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing more talking than typing. Mathikere is a lively place to be. There’s always something happening downstairs on the street. We’ve been operating from this second-floor spot for quite some time now. We know the layout of the blocks around here pretty well. Most of our work involves checking out sites and making sure the titles are clear. It's not always exciting, but it is steady work. We often eat our lunch at the small stalls nearby. It feels like a real community. We don't put on any acts here; we just tell people what we know about the available spaces. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on a contract or looking at floor plans.
