R P No 1 International Bhangra Group

We’ve been running R P No 1 International Bhangra Group for a while now from our shop on Civil Hospital Road in Kharar. If you know the area near Henderson Public School, that is exactly where you will find us at Shop No -4. It’s a busy spot but we like it here because it is easy for people from Mohali and even Chandigarh to reach us. We do a lot of bhangra performances and teaching. Most days we are just busy practicing or getting ready for the next event. It is not always fancy work, sometimes it is just making sure everyone has their costumes ready and knows the steps. We take bookings for all sorts of functions. People come to us when they want some energy at their party or wedding. We also travel quite a bit around the local area since we also serve Chandigarh. Since we are right on the main road, folks often just drop by to ask about dates or prices. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the dance. It is hard work to keep a group going but we enjoy it. Most of our members are local guys who just love the culture. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the school. We are usually there during the day, unless we are out at a show. It's a small space but it works for what we do and we keep practicing hard.
