Property Consultant

We are located on the first floor in Manimajra. It’s a simple setup, nothing too flashy. You have to walk up the stairs to find us, but we’re usually here all day. We’ve been acting as property consultants in this area for a long time. Manimajra has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We don't have a giant team, just a couple of us who know the local streets and the people who live here. Most of our day is spent talking to owners or looking at new listings that come up. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just have a desk and some notebooks where we keep track of everything. People come to us because they want someone who won’t sugarcoat things. If a property has issues with the plumbing or the paperwork is a mess, we tell them straight away. It’s better to be honest than to have someone upset later. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change, and we just try to stay useful to the people living here. It’s a quiet way to work, but it keeps us busy enough. We just like helping people find a place that works for them without any extra stress. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the ground, but we’re still right in the heart of Manimajra. It’s a decent place to work.
