Pritam Estates

Our place, Pritam Estates, is on the 1st floor of SCO 2413/2414 in Sector 22. It’s a classic commercial building in a very familiar part of the sector. We share the building with a few other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going on the stairs. Being on the 1st floor is convenient—not too many steps but high enough to see what’s happening in the parking area. Sector 22 is always active, especially in the evenings when the markets are full. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have wooden desks and some old chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. We handle property deals, mostly around this sector and the neighboring ones. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of talking. We don't have any flashy displays or digital screens in the window. Usually, we just have some handwritten lists or just talk to people who walk up the stairs. It’s a simple way of doing business. We have been in this spot for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners around here. We just do our work, drink our coffee, and try to help people find a place that fits their needs. It’s a straightforward life here in Sector 22, and we are just glad to be a part of it. We are just local people trying to help out other local people with their homes.
