Prince Pan Centre

We have been running Prince Pan Centre out of Booth 10 in Mirzapur Sector 15 for a while now. It is not a huge place, just a standard small booth where we keep all the different types of pan leaves and various ingredients. Most mornings start pretty early with getting everything washed and laid out properly. Mirzapur gets a lot of foot traffic, especially around this part of Sector 15, so there is always someone stopping by for a quick chat or something to chew on after they finish their lunch. We do not have fancy seats or anything like that. It is mostly just people standing around the counter for a few minutes before they head back to their work or home. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, like when it is really humid or raining hard, because the booth is small and we have to work fast to keep everything dry. But usually, it is a good spot to see what is happening in the neighborhood. My cousin helps me out sometimes when it gets busy in the evenings. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the leaves we get are fresh every day. It is a simple routine every single day, opening up, wiping down the metal counters, and waiting for the regulars to show up. There is not much to say about us other than we are here at number 10 most days of the week. People know where to find us.
