We’ve been here at Madhya Marg Sector 7 for a while now. Most people know us for the water filters and cleaning stuff we handle. It’s a busy spot in Chandigarh, and we usually have people coming in all day asking about their machines or looking for a new one. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. The team here is small, mostly locals who understand the water issues in this part of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at people's houses fixing things that stopped working. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, which can be a bit of a headache, but we try to let people know right away. There's always a pile of paperwork on the desk and the coffee machine is usually running. If you walk past Sector 7, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a straightforward shop where we deal with everyday home gadgets. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads here. It's just about making sure the filters are changed and the vacuums are running like they should. A lot of our regulars have been coming to this same spot for years. They know where to find us if something goes wrong. We keep it simple and just focus on the daily tasks that come through the door. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we're used to it. The shop floor is often covered in boxes, but that’s just how we operate.
