Power Control Systems

Our place, Power Control Systems, is situated over at SCO-111-113 on Jail Road in the Old Janta Nagar area of Sector 17. It’s a pretty large space because we need the room for all the control panels and electrical components we work on. If you walk inside, you’ll see wires everywhere and maybe a few guys soldering things at their benches. It’s not the quietest office because there is usually some testing going on or a machine running in the back. We’ve been in this part of Sector 17 for quite some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The building itself is an older style SCO, but it works for what we do. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure we have enough parts for the week’s projects. It’s practical work, mostly centered around making sure power systems are running like they are supposed to. Sometimes we get a bit behind when a big order comes in unexpectedly, so we stay late to finish up. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just get the work done and talk to our customers plainly about what they need. There is always a pot of coffee going in the corner. People know they can just drop by and talk to us face to face about their electrical needs. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us and the community here.
