We set up People Factor Pvt Ltd at house 1355 in Sector 20 B. Chandigarh is such a well-planned city, which usually makes getting around a bit easier, though finding a parking spot can still be a pain on some days. Our office is not in one of those huge commercial plazas. It is a much more personal space than that. We deal with the human factor in businesses, which usually means figuring out why things are not clicking between staff or the management. It is not exactly rocket science, just a lot of listening and using some common sense. A few of us work here together, and we have known each other for many years. We do not have a receptionist in a fancy suit or a big marble lobby. It is just a place where the actual work gets done. Sector 20 B is a nice area and it stays fairly quiet most of the time. We like being based here because it does not feel like a cold or corporate environment. We get our tasks done, have our lunch breaks, and talk to whoever needs our help. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just take things one day at a time as they come. If someone calls us, we answer the phone. If they visit the office, we sit down and have a chat.
