Our business is located at 440 Burton Road in the Industrial Area Phase II. It’s a gritty part of town where there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We handle industrial supplies, so our space is more of a warehouse than a shop. You’ll find rows of metal racking holding heavy parts, tools, and hardware. The floor is rough concrete and there’s usually some dust in the air from the nearby factories. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights; everything is just kept in its crates until someone needs it. Our office is just a small partitioned area with a few old chairs and a desk covered in invoices and catalogs. It gets quite hot in the summer under the corrugated roof, so we keep a large fan running all day. Most of our work involves checking orders and loading supplies onto small trucks for local delivery. We deal with a lot of regular contractors and workshop owners who know exactly what they are looking for. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on getting the right parts out the door. We’ve been on Burton Road for a long time, and we’ve seen the area grow and change quite a bit over those years.
