Goodwill Plastic Industries

Goodwill Plastic Industries is located at Plot 49 in Phase II of the Industrial Area. If you come by this part of town, you know it’s mostly just factories and workshops everywhere. Our unit isn't any different. It’s a large space filled with machines that make different kinds of plastic items. The floor is usually covered with little plastic pellets and the noise from the molding machines is pretty constant throughout the shift. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy like that because we mostly deal with other businesses that need specific parts made. It’s a lot of standing around and checking that the machines are running right and that the pieces coming out don’t have any weird edges or mistakes. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been here a long time and know exactly how to fix the equipment when it acts up. Sometimes the heat in the shop gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with melting plastic all day long. We just focus on getting our orders finished on time so they can be loaded onto the trucks waiting outside. It’s hard, honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than what it is. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the production, making sure the job gets done.
