Bansal Industries

Bansal Industries is based at 56 in Industrial Area Phase I. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. It’s a straightforward manufacturing setup where we make various industrial parts. The facility isn't something you'd see in a magazine; it's a real working shop with oil on the floor and heavy machines humming all day. We have a small team of workers who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. Most of the time, we’re just looking at drawings and making sure the machines are calibrated right. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor so we can hear ourselves speak when the phone rings. We get a lot of trucks coming in to pick up orders, so the loading dock is usually the busiest place. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized, but we always know where the important stuff is. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We're just a local industry providing parts to other businesses in the area. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the crates get filled up and shipped out on time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule we have for the week.
