Patiala Real Estate

Our place is on the second floor of Sco 518. It is right by the Tulsidham Cross Road in the Makarpura Industrial Estate area of Vadodara. The address mentions Mohali too, which sometimes confuses people, but we are definitely here in Vadodara. Being on the second floor means I get a bit of exercise every day since the lift is not always the fastest. Patiala Real Estate is a small operation. The industrial estate gets quite loud during the day with all the trucks and work going on. You can hear the machines from the window sometimes. I have been in this spot for a while. It is a practical location for dealing with property in this part of town. The office is not anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of old folders. I spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to see sites. Vadodara is growing, and Makarpura is always busy. The cross road gets jammed up around five o'clock. Sometimes I stay late just to avoid the traffic on Tulsidham. I handle the paperwork myself mostly. It is a lot of back and forth with different offices. People come up the stairs looking for advice on land or sheds. It is honest work. I keep the tea kettle going for whoever stops by. It is not a fancy corporate setup. Just a regular office where we do our business every day. Being in an industrial zone suits the way I work.
