Our office is in Sector 40C on the first floor of SCO Number 102. It is a pretty easy place to find since we are located near the Gurudwara. Usually, the mornings are the busiest part of the day when people are looking to sort out their travel plans before they head to work or start their daily chores. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking various bus or train routes. The office isn't very big, but it fits us just fine for the work we do. There are a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their tickets to print or for us to find a good route. We don't have a big marketing department or any corporate polish. It's just us handling the bookings one by one. Being near the Gurudwara means there is a nice sense of community and peace around here most of the time. We often see the same neighbors every day. We handle everything from local taxi bookings to longer trips across the region. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone doesn't stop ringing for an hour, but we just deal with those things as they come. We try to be very practical about everything we do. If a trip isn't possible or the timing is tight, we just say so. We have been in this spot for a while and like being part of the Sector 40 neighborhood. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the logistics.
