We've been over here at Sco 215 in Sector 15 for a while now. Most folks around the 3rd Stage probably know the building. It’s just me and a couple of others handling the property stuff. We spend a lot of time walking around the 3rd Main area because that's where most of the work happens. People come in looking for a place to rent or maybe sell their old house, and we just try to help them figure out the paperwork. It’s not always easy with all the rules changing, but we do what we can. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we’re usually there from morning till late evening. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Usually, people just drop by after seeing our sign. We know the neighbors pretty well. If someone is looking for a shop or a flat in this part of town, they usually end up finding us eventually. We've seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops open up, others close down, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a quiet enough place to work, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy on the main road sometimes. We just keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the deals. That's pretty much how Paryag Properties runs.
