We are located at SCO 32 in Sector 33, specifically the 33 D part of the neighborhood. Parker Reality Pvt Ltd is just a small outfit working out of this commercial space. Sector 33 is a decent place to be, and we have a lot of regular folks who drop in just to see what’s happening with the local property market. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit slow and a shelf full of old property records. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with polished floors and glass walls. It’s just a place to sit and talk about real estate. Whether someone is looking for a new apartment or needs to rent out a shop, we just give them the facts. We’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years, so we have a pretty good idea of what things are worth around here. The lunch hour is usually the quietest time, so that’s when we catch up on all the filing. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show people what is available and let them decide for themselves. It’s a practical way of doing things. Being in Sector 33 D means we are close to everything we need, and we plan on staying in this SCO for a long time.
