Pane E Vino Llp is located on the first floor at 0331 in Sector 48A. It’s a nice little spot, though being on the first floor means people have to consciously walk up to find us. We don't have a giant neon sign, so it feels a bit more like a hidden gem for the locals. Most of our day is spent prepping and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. The space isn't huge, so things can feel a bit cozy when there are more than a few people inside. We try to keep the place tidy, but when we’re busy, there might be a few crumbs on the counter or a stack of plates waiting to be washed. We aren't trying to be a high-end gourmet destination. We just like having a place in Sector 48A where people can drop by. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which makes it a pleasant place to work. We don't have a bunch of managers or corporate policies. It’s just us doing the work, day in and day out. Sometimes we try out new things just to see if they work, and if they don't, we just go back to what we know. It’s a relaxed way to run a business, and it keeps us from getting too stressed out. We’re just happy to be here and doing our thing for the neighborhood.
