Pacific Estates

You can find us at 3 Sector 38, right on the ground floor. Pacific Estates has been in this spot for some time now. Sector 38 is a decent area, and being on the ground floor means we see people walking by all the time. Real estate is what we do, usually dealing with the houses and flats nearby. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of waiting for calls and checking on documents. We keep it pretty simple here. The office has a few chairs for visitors and some old filing cabinets. We know the layout of the sector like the back of our hand. If a house goes up for sale, we usually hear about it pretty quickly. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they want to move or if they have a place to lease out. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth works better for us. It feels like a small community here. Most of the time, we are just chatting with owners or showing someone a kitchen or a backyard. That is the daily routine for us at Pacific Estates. We like the ground floor because it's easy for people to just pop their head in and ask a quick question. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week, and we just handle things as they come. There is always a lot to do with local property.
