Onkar Properties is located at #116 in Sector 9 B, Chandigarh. We’ve been here for a while, and the 160009 area has become home for our little business. We focus on property, which means we spend a lot of time looking at houses and commercial spaces nearby. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is a simple setup where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a new place. We don't like to overcomplicate things with a lot of jargon. If a place is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. Being in Sector 9 B puts us in a nice part of the city where we can easily get around to see different sites. We know the local market pretty well because we live and work right here. There’s no big corporate board making decisions, it’s just us. We handle the calls, we do the tours, and we sort out the contracts. It’s a lot of manual work and staying organized. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, but we manage. We aren't looking to win any awards, we just want to keep the business running and help our neighbors find what they need in the real estate market. It’s basically just us and our desks, trying to make sense of the local property scene every day.
