Oneman Farms Private Limited

Oneman Farms Private Limited is based out of Sector-18 here in Chandigarh. We are situated on the second floor at Plot 150. It’s a shared sort of building, so you see different people coming and going all the time. Our space is pretty basic. We have some files, a few computers, and a lot of maps of the areas we work in. Life here is mostly about coordinating stuff. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles talking to the guys actually out in the fields. Chandigarh is a nice place to have an office, but the real work happens far away from the city pavement. We don't really do the whole suit and tie thing. Most of us wear regular clothes and just focus on the task for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just sit around and wait for it to come back. It’s just how things go. We handle the paperwork and the logistics of the farming side. There is always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs to be moved around. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. It’s a bit noisy from the street noise below, but we don’t mind. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the rhythms of the seasons. It's just a small team here, making sure we get the farming right and keeping everything moving along.
