We’ve been at D-110 in Sector 36 for quite a while now. Most people around here know us as Hi-Bred (India) Pvt. Ltd. It’s a busy place, usually filled with stacks of paperwork and people coming in and out to talk about the latest cycles. We started small, just trying to figure out how to make things work better for the local growers and folks in the trade. Dealing with livestock or seeds—whatever the season calls for—is never really straightforward. You have to watch the weather and the markets, and honestly, some days are just a struggle to get everything lined up. We aren't fancy. The office has seen better days, but the desks are functional and the tea is usually hot. It’s mostly about getting the shipments out on time and making sure the quality doesn't dip when things get hectic. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the connections aren't great, but we manage. If you drop by, you’ll probably see a few of us arguing over a spreadsheet or checking the logistics board. It’s just how we run things here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks and trying to keep our heads above water in a competitive spot. It isn't always pretty, but we show up every morning and get to work. That’s really all there is to it.
