Kapoor Chickens

We are located at 400 in the New Motor Market over in Mani Mazra. It’s a bit of a funny spot for a chicken place because we are surrounded by mechanics and spare parts shops. But that actually works out well because everyone gets hungry around lunchtime. We’ve been here for a while, and the shop is pretty simple. We have a few tables and chairs, but nothing fancy. The kitchen is where all the action is, and you can usually smell the spices and the roasting meat from a block away. We start our day early, getting the meat ready and making sure everything is fresh. It gets very busy during the evenings when people are heading home from work. The motor market is always noisy with the sound of tools and cars, so it’s a lively atmosphere to be in. We don't have any corporate branding or mission statements posted on the walls. We just focus on cooking and making sure everyone gets a decent meal. Our staff is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the orders pile up, but we managed to get through it. It’s a real local spot, and we like being part of the noise and the daily life of Mani Mazra. If you’re looking for a shiny restaurant, this isn’t it, but we’re good at what we do.
