New Generation Estates Ltd is located in Zirakpur, right on the Kalka Shimla Road. We are very close to the railway fatak, so we hear the trains go by all the time. It is a busy road with a lot of people moving toward the hills or coming into the city. We have been at this location for some time now. Our work is mostly about the new buildings and plots coming up around Zirakpur. The area is growing fast, and there is always something new to look at. We spend our days meeting with builders and showing people around different sites. It can get dusty and loud with all the construction, but that is how it is here. We keep a simple office where anyone can drop in for a chat about land. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us who know the local roads and the land owners. We try to be practical. If a plot has an issue with the approach road, we say so. There is no use in making things sound better than they are. People appreciate knowing the truth before they spend their money. Zirakpur is a changing place, and we are just trying to keep up with it. We are usually at the office near the tracks if you need to find us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
