New Bansal Namkeen & Sweet Products is located over here in Sector 32 of Kalol, specifically at 297/298 in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but people find us. We make different kinds of snacks and sweets right here in the back. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock ready. I started this because I knew how to make these things from my uncle. We don't use fancy packaging, just simple bags that we seal ourselves. During festival times, the place gets very chaotic and we barely have room to move. The stove is almost always on, so it stays warm inside even during the winter. We have some shelves that are a bit wobbly, but they hold the jars just fine. I spend my mornings checking the supplies and the afternoons helping customers who stop by. It’s a local neighborhood thing. We don't have a website or anything like that. If people want something, they just come to Sector 32 and ask for us. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the cooking. It’s a plain business run by real people who just work hard every day to keep the jars full and the customers fed. The floor gets sticky from the sugar syrup and we have to scrub it every night with hot water. It's just a regular part of the job here in Gandhi Nagar.
