Nehboob Contractor

We have been working out of Manimajra for quite a few years now. It is a busy spot in Gobindpura and the dust from the road always seems to find its way into our small space. Being a contractor means most of our days are spent on sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We handle the usual stuff like bricks, cement, and coordinating with the guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s a lot of physical work and making sure the supplies show up on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in traffic near the market, and that throws the whole afternoon off. We don't have any big signs or a glossy brochure. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on a board at a construction site. Most of the crew lives nearby, so we start early before the sun gets too high. It gets really hot in the summer months, and we take long breaks in the shade. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. There is always a pile of paperwork back at the office that I hate dealing with, but it has to get done. Dealing with local suppliers takes up a lot of my morning. We are just a small team trying to keep busy in this part of town. Most days you will find us checking the levels or arguing about the price of sand. It is honest work and it keeps us going.
