Nadar Properties

Nadar Properties is over in Zirakpur, at 9 Guru Nanak Nagar, 40 A. It’s a growing part of town, so there is always some construction or new road work happening nearby. We spend most of our time looking at maps or driving people around to see different plots and houses. It’s a lot of walking in the sun and talking about square footage. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of chairs and a table where we can spread out the paperwork. We don't do the big flashy ads you see on billboards. It’s mostly word of mouth and people seeing us around the neighborhood. Zirakpur has changed a lot since we first started here. We remember when some of these roads were just dirt tracks. Now it’s all busy and full of life. We just try to keep things honest and tell people what we know about the land. Sometimes the deals fall through and sometimes they work out, that’s just how it goes in this business. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. It’s not a complicated setup. We are just local folks who know the streets of Guru Nanak Nagar pretty well and help out where we can.
