Online Property Club

We are located over in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh, specifically on Hosur Main Road. Online Property Club is where we spend our working hours. It is a lot of driving around to look at different plots of land or new houses being built. The area is developing fast, so there is construction noise almost everywhere you go. When we are in the office, we are mostly on our phones or looking at property listings on our laptops. It’s a simple setup on the main road. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have our desks and a few chairs for when people come to talk about buying or selling. The dust from the construction can be a bit much sometimes, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. We know the local roads like the back of our hands. It’s not a corporate gig; it’s more about being on the ground and seeing what’s happening in the market. We eat our lunch at the small local dhabas nearby. Most of our day is spent trying to match people with the right place. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just helping people find a spot to build something. It’s busy and a bit messy, but that’s the property business for you. We just keep going one day at a time.
