We are over at House No 1106 in Sector 41-B, Chandigarh. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our office space. It makes coming to work feel a bit more comfortable than being in a glass tower somewhere downtown. We handle media work from here, mostly involving a lot of coordination, planning, and phone calls. The rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of old files and project notes from over the years. Chandigarh is a planned city, but our day-to-day feels much more organic and even a bit chaotic at times. We don’t really have a big public-facing side, so we don't worry about the garden being perfect or the paint being brand new. It is a working office where people are busy on the phone or typing away at their stations. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and lunch together. There isn’t a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We like the independence of being in Sector 41-B. It’s a bit away from the main commercial hubs, which gives us some peace and quiet. Most of the people working here have been with us for years and know exactly how things run. We just focus on the media projects we have on our plate and try to keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s just an honest, local business trying to do good work every day.
