We are over at House No. 3287 in Sector 43. It is right on the main road that heads towards Sector 46-C. Most days it is just us here handling the usual property stuff that comes up in this part of town. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit down and talk about houses or plots. We have been in this area for a bit now, so we know the streets around Sector 43 pretty well. People stop by when they are looking for a place to rent or if they have a bit of land they want to deal with. It gets busy on the main road outside, especially during the mornings. We just try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs to see a flat, we grab the keys and head out. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through, which takes up a good chunk of the afternoon. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most of the folks who come in are just locals or people moving into the area for work. It is a decent spot to be. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up nearby. It is mostly just about knowing who is selling and who is looking. We keep a notebook with the details and try to help out where it makes sense. That is pretty much how things go here at the house.
