Mohit Telecom

Mohit Telecom is tucked away in Sector 34, specifically over at Secter 17 C Sco 96-97. It’s usually quite noisy around here with all the shops and people walking by. I spend most of my day behind the counter fixing cracked screens or helping someone figure out why their phone isn't charging. We started this because everyone needs a working phone these days. It’s not a big glamorous showroom, just a regular shop with cases hanging on the walls and some tools scattered on the workbench. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and I have to tell customers to wait, which they don't always like. We sell SIM cards and do recharges too. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process things right away. It gets frustrating, but that's life. I’ve lived in this area for a while, so I recognize most of the faces that come through the door. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook to write down who owes what or what needs fixing next. My cousin helps out in the afternoons when it gets crowded. We keep it simple. If your phone works when you leave, then I’ve done my job for the day. There's always a pile of old batteries in the corner waiting to be recycled. It is a bit messy but we know where everything is. We try to be fair with the prices because everyone knows each other in this market.
