It is an interesting spot to be in because there are always students and faculty moving around, which gives the place a bit of a busy, academic energy. Media E2E is just a group of us who found this space and made it our own. The office is not huge, but it is where we spend most of our hours. Ahmedabad is a city that values hard work, and we try to stick to that. We do not use a lot of big words to describe our day. We just show up, open our laptops, and handle whatever tasks are waiting for us. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the local spots nearby, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just regular people trying to stay on top of our projects. The campus setting is nice because it feels a bit more open than a standard office park. We have our routine and we stick to it. If things get complicated, we just sit down and figure it out together. There is no secret formula to how we work. It is just about showing up and being reliable. We have been here for a while now.
