M-Cue Plant Based Innovations Llp is located at H.No. 57 in Sector 2. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because we can focus on what we’re doing without too much noise from the main road. We spend our time working with different plants and trying to see what we can make with them. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few machines and a lot of glass containers. It’s not a big factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small team of us in this house. Sometimes the experiments don't go exactly as planned, and we have to start over from scratch. The kitchen area is where most of the work happens. We have notebooks filled with scribbles about different ingredients and temperatures. Sector 2 is a bit out of the way for some people, but we like it here. The trees outside give some good shade in the summer. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or through the address. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re working with food and plants, things can get a bit messy. There are boxes stacked in the hallway waiting to be moved to the shipping area. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We just show up every day at H.No. 57 and try to figure out something new. It takes a lot of patience.
