Maya Estatz

Maya Estatz is located in Sector 46, specifically at Sco 73 on the second floor of Sec 46 C. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are there, you can see out over the neighborhood. We spend our days dealing with property and land. The office is filled with files and maps of the local area. It is not a very big space, but it is where we do all our talking and planning. People come in to ask about houses or shops they want to rent or buy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across the desk from someone explaining the paperwork. Sector 46 is a nice part of town and we have gotten to know the streets and the buildings very well over the years. We do not have a flashy office with modern art; it is just a place to work with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the middle of the day, so we catch up on filing. Other times, three different people show up at once and it gets a bit hectic. We just take it as it comes. It is about helping people find a place that works for them without making a big fuss about it. We have been here for a while and plan to stay.
