If you go to 15 Industrial Area Phase Ii and look for the 3rd Cross, you’ll find Manjeet Properties. We’ve been operating out of this industrial block for quite a long time. It’s a busy area, lots of small workshops and manufacturing units all around us. Our office is pretty plain. We have some sturdy chairs and a big table where we spread out the layouts for industrial sheds and plots. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a place to start a small business or maybe move their existing workshop to a bigger space. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what our clients care about. They want to know about power connections, truck access, and rent prices. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting people at various sites around Phase Ii. It can get pretty hot in the summer, and the office can be a bit noisy with the nearby machinery, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task at hand. We’ve seen businesses come and go in this area, so we have a pretty good sense of what works. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We just show up every day, answer the phone, and help people find the industrial space they need to get their own work done.
