Malhotra Properties

We are located at 366 in Sector 44, specifically in the Sector 44 D area. It’s a pretty established part of the neighborhood, and our office is just a simple place where we handle property matters. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just us, some old wooden desks, and a lot of maps of the sector pinned to the walls. Most of the day is spent talking to people who want to buy or sell something nearby. We know the streets around Sector 44 quite well since we’re always walking them to check on different plots or houses. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day; it’s more about being ready to go out and look at a site regardless of the weather. Sometimes it gets quite dusty, and other times we’re dodging puddles, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things honest and simple when we’re talking to neighbors or new people coming into the area. Malhotra Properties isn't a big firm with a bunch of branches, just this one spot where we’ve been doing business for a good while. We see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work every morning. It’s a steady, quiet existence for the most part, punctuated by the occasional busy week when a lot of things seem to happen at once. We just take it as it comes and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated.
