We are based out of a place in Sector 22B, house number 1936. It’s a residential area but we run our consultancy from here. We help people who want to go abroad for work or study. There's a lot of paperwork involved with visas and travel documents, and that’s what we spend our day doing. It’s not a big office building, just a more personal setting which some people prefer. I usually have a stack of files on my desk that never seems to get smaller. Sometimes the phone rings constantly, and other times it’s quiet for hours. Sector 22 is a familiar place for us. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time. People come to us because they know we've been doing this for years. We don't have a big neon sign outside. Just a small board so you know you're at the right house. It’s a quiet way of working. We talk to people about their plans and try to figure out the best way for them to travel. It's mostly just sitting down and going through forms together. We drink a lot of coffee while we work on these documents. It’s a local service for local people. No corporate stuff here, just us in our office. We keep things pretty simple and honest. Sometimes we have to wait weeks for news on a visa, but that's just part of it.
