Mahalakshmi Estates

I have got this office for Mahalakshmi Estates up on the 1st Floor of number 7 in Sector 30. It is a decent little spot if you do not mind climbing a few stairs. Being on the first floor gives me a bit of a view of what is happening on the street below without being right in the middle of the dust and noise. Sector 30 is one of those areas that feels like it is always under some kind of transition, with people moving in and out of the residential blocks all the time. I mostly handle the local listings, whether it is a small apartment or someone looking to sell their plot. It is just me here most days, surrounded by files and maps of the sectors. I do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website, so I just rely on people seeing the sign or being told about me by a neighbor. It is a quiet way to work. I have lived around here long enough to know which blocks are better for families and which ones get too much noise from the main road. Sometimes a person will come in looking for a place and we will just sit and talk about the area for an hour before even looking at the books. It is a slow process but it works for me. Sector 30 has its own rhythm and I have just become part of it over the years.
