Mahajan Property Consultant

Our office is Shop No. 311 in Sector 32, right on Old Padra Road. We are specifically in the Sector 32 / D area. It’s a solid location and we’ve been here at Mahajan Property Consultant for quite a while. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have some desks, a few chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of folders. Old Padra Road is a busy stretch, so there is always something happening outside. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We just keep the shop open and talk to whoever comes in. Most of our work is about understanding what people are looking for in this specific part of the city. We know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hand. It’s a practical job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different properties to check on things. We don't have a fancy website or a polished image. We are just local people working in the property business. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road, but we just clean it up and keep going. We don't make big promises. We just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork. That’s the way we’ve always done it, and it seems to work fine for us.
