Maggu Tourist Co

We've been here at Sco- 2930 in Sector 22 for a while now. Most people around Chandigarh know the area is busy, especially being in Sector- 22C. Maggu Tourist Co is just a small office where we handle bookings and talk to people wanting to go on trips. It's not a fancy place, just a regular desk with some chairs for customers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic, but we manage. We handle taxis and buses, mostly. People come in asking about rates for Delhi or going up to the hills. We try to keep things clear so there's no confusion later. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the drivers are and making sure they reached on time. Some days are packed and some are quiet where we just sit and drink tea. If you're walking around Sector 22, you'll see our sign. It’s an old building but it works for what we do. We don't have a big website or anything, just this spot. We keep a logbook for all the trips. It’s a basic way of working but it has served us well. Most of our regulars just call us directly now because they've been using our cars for years. We just try to get the cars to the right place at the right time. We even stay open a bit late sometimes if a driver is still out on a long trip.
