M S Ss Construction Co Chandigarh operates out of a couple of spots. One is at 988 10 in Badal Colony, which is over in Zirakpur, Mohali. We also have the Sco 375 office in Sector 37D over in Chandigarh. Having two locations keeps us moving back and forth quite a bit. Zirakpur has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new buildings. Our Chandigarh office is in a more established area. Neither place is very fancy. We have some old computers, a few drafting tables, and plenty of site maps lying around. It gets a bit messy when we have multiple projects going on at once. We don't have a team of people to keep things tidy. We just focus on the job at hand. The 160036 and 140603 areas are where we spend most of our time. Sometimes we are at the Sco and other times we are out in Badal Colony. It depends on what needs doing that day. We aren't into big corporate presentations or anything like that. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. The staff is small, mostly just a few guys who have been around for a long time. It’s a practical way to run things. We prefer to keep it simple and local. Most of our work comes from people who just know us from around town.
