M R Security Housekeeping Services

We operate out of 230 Phase 6 in Mohali, Punjab. M R Security Housekeeping Services has been here for a while now, managing staff for various buildings. It’s a straightforward business where we coordinate cleaners and guards. The office is mostly just a place to keep the uniforms and the schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking in on people and making sure everyone showed up for their shift. Mohali is growing fast, and there are always new sites that need looking after. The office itself is pretty plain, with some metal cupboards and a few plastic chairs for the staff when they come in for their pay. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on people knowing who we are and where to find us in Phase 6. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure we have enough soap or that the guard has a proper torch. Sometimes the weather in Punjab makes things difficult, like when it’s too hot or raining hard, but the work has to go on. We’re just a local team trying to keep things clean and safe for the places we look after. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep the books in order and try to treat our workers fairly. That’s about all there is to it. We just stay busy with the daily roster.
