Our spot is in the Akal Garh Market in Sector 41. We’re on the first floor of SCO 366. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and noise from the shops below. We’ve been here for a while now, just handling property matters for people in the sector. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks and some old files that have been there forever. It’s a local business through and through. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. People just drop in when they’re passing through the market for other things. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons usually involve going out to look at sites or meet people. Sometimes the stairs up to the office feel a bit steep after a long day of walking. We know most of the other shop owners around here. It feels like a small community even though it's a big city. Dealing with real estate isn't always easy, but we try to keep things simple. We don't make big promises. We just look at what’s available and tell people the truth about it. That’s how we’ve always done things here. It works for us and it seems to work for the folks who come to see us. We are just regular people doing a job. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, but we manage.
