Lovely Property Centre

If you're looking for us, we’re right at Shop No 1 in Wadhwa Nagar, Mohali. It’s a convenient little spot and easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been running Lovely Property Centre from this shop for a good while. Most days, you’ll find one or two of us sitting here, talking to people about local real estate. Mohali has grown so much lately, and Wadhwa Nagar is no exception. We see a lot of different people coming through the door, from young couples to older folks looking to move closer to their kids. We don’t have any slick sales pitches or corporate slogans. We just know the local blocks and who owns what. The shop is small, so we keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a calendar on the wall and a few folders of listings we’re working through. We handle a bit of everything—renting, buying, selling—whatever comes our way. It’s not always easy work, especially when the market gets unpredictable, but we stick with it. We like being based here because we can actually see what’s happening on the streets. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their keys or sell their old place so they can move on. That’s about it for us. We’re just local people working in a local shop, keeping things moving in Wadhwa Nagar.
